Human health is a key topic for both new and existing spaces. During this session, LEED subject matter experts will review the credits and some of the research that informed credit requirements, discuss how teams should focus their time based on priorities and present strategies for implementation.

  • Provide an overview of how LEED v4 addresses health in all rating systems and contributes to healthy spaces to live, work, learn and play through - LEED BD+C, ID+C, O+M, ND and Homes - and related credits.
  • Review different strategies for achieving the LEED v4 health-related credit across all LEED rating systems.
  • Review real world examples of how LEED health-related credits and strategies have been applied an how to prioritize cedits based on project team goals.
  • Discuss how current conversations around promoting human health through staregies in the built environment has an impact on the development of future LEED credits.
